SPINNLER is the French leader of concrete test molds. Our Know-How and our experience allow us to produce in quantities and to achieve a high standard of quality, mandatory for laboratory testing.

On top of our BASIC concrete test molds, we have developed an easy opening concrete test mold: the ZIPPLER®.

Our concrete test molds are not deformable (hyper rigid cardboard, reinforced and set bottom). They are very light, practical and easy to remove. All of them, meet the French standard: NF EN 12390-1(form, sizes and other standards relative to concrete test mold) and can be personalized if needed.

zippler® concrete test-mold
Always looking to increase the client’s satifaction, SPINNLER has developped an easy opening concrete test mold: the ZIPPLER®.
This SPINNLER patented innovation (Patent FR2884169) is a concrete test mold inside which a reinforced sticky tape that ends by an external pull has been placed. This test-mold has the same features than the basic one.
This technology makes concrete removal quick, easy and effortless. You will just have to pull down. It won’t be necessary to have other tools such as Stanley Knife or chisel anymore. Thus, wounds and waste of time are over.
More importantly, this innovation allows concrete sample to be kept intact for laboratory analysis. The sticky tape placed inside the test-mold hasn’t any impact on removed concrete’s volume.
